January 27 • 11am-4 p.m. • Free admission for Hudson Valley residents on the last Sunday of each month. City of Beacon residents (including nearby Fishkill, Chelsea and Glenham) receive free admission every Saturday and Sunday. Must show ID/proof of residence.

Free pizza for federal workers and their families
On Thursday, January 24 from 5 to 7:30 p.m., 
the Mid-Hudson Children's Museum (75 North Water Street, Poughkeepsie) will open its doors to treat federal workers (and their children) affected by the government shutdown to a free night of fun and pizza! Pizza provided by Amici's and chowder from the River Station Restaurant. Mental Health America will also be on site to provide resources and services to workers impacted by the shutdown. Pre-registration is requiredFree admission for two adults and children living in the same household, must show Federal ID.

Community Bonfire 
January 26 • 2-4 p.m. • Freedom Park in LaGrange. Roast marshmallows, take part in a winter scavenger hunt and skate on the new ice rink. Free.

January 26 • 5-9 p.m. Mid-Hudson Civic Center, Poughkeepsie. Be the judge of the best wings in the Hudson Valley. $30+.
