O+ Festival kicked off on Friday night with a pop-up performance by the parade’s Grand Marshall, Amanda Palmer (who covered “Creep” by Radiohead), led by the Brasskill, a 14-piece party band from Hudson, + a set from New Paltz-based What? on the SO+mewhere Stage. The festival, which offers free healthcare services to participating artists, continued through Sunday in the City of Kingston with over 40 bands, 30 artists, wellness classes, cycling and more:
