HVNY LLC was founded in 2017 as a free, independent resource of community information + events in the mid-Hudson Valley region of New York State.

The HVNY weekly newsletter, “This Week in the Hudson Valley,” launched in early 2019, is delivered to thousands of inboxes for free every Monday, and highlights local events + meetings, features a community calendar, views from local columnists, photo contests, and items made right here in the Hudson Valley on the HVNY Marketplace. Local organizations are encouraged to list their community event for free.

The HVNY Marketplace was established in the Fall of 2019 as a platform for local artists to sell their goods online year-round. There are no fees for Hudson Valley-based artists, makers, chefs, authors … anyone to join the HVNY Marketplace. The only requirement: You must live in the Hudson Valley.
