4th of July Fireworks in the Hudson Valley (2025)

Fourth of July celebration at West Point.

 

Music Fest and Fireworks
Thursday, July 3, 2025 beginning at 5pm
Cost of admission: Free
Kensico Dam Plaza, Valhalla

Pre-concert entertainment begins at 5pm with a guest DJ followed by the Naked Soul Band at 7pm, and fireworks around 9pm. Carpooling or taking mass transit is suggested. Parking at the North White Plains or Valhalla train stations is recommended. Walkway July 4th Fireworks Spectacular
Friday, July 4, 2025 at 6pm
Cost of admission: $25, $20 Walkway members, seniors and veterans, Free for children under 12
Walkway Over the Hudson, Poughkeepsie

Enjoy an unobstructed view of the City of Poughkeepsie fireworks display, taking in amazing twilight views 212 feet above the Hudson River before seeing the fireworks launch at eye level. https://walkway.org/fireworks

City of Kingston Fourth of July Celebration
Friday, July 4, 2025 starting at 6:30pm
Rondout, Kingston
Live music and entertainment before fireworks are set off from a barge in the Rondout Creek just after dark. Free shuttles from the Kingston Plaza, Cornell Street parking lot and Broadway near the Andy Murphy Center. Severe weather date: July 5.

Reminder: A statewide STOP-DWI High Visibility Engagement Campaign will run from Thursday, July 3 through Sunday, July 6. Local police departments across New York State will be increasing their presence as part of a unified campaign aimed at preventing alcohol-related crashes, injuries and fatalities during this time.
