Widespread snow may cap off weekend

Snow lovers, rejoice: Forecasters are calling for a widespread snowfall of two- to four-inches this weekend, beginning during the day on Sunday and lasting into Monday. Additional accumulation is possible depending on timing and how far south the storm shifts, according to Hudson Valley Weather.

Along with snow, extreme cold temperatures are expected to descend on the region from Monday through Wednesday, with “feels-like” temperatures ranging from zero to -25 degrees Fahrenheit in some regions across the state.
