Biography: I am motivated by providing a delicious and healthy granola product for you & me. I started out doing this because I was looking for a healthy breakfast option which has turned into a successful small business of 10+ years.
Where or what are your favorite things to do in the Hudson Valley?: Walk / Hike. Find new places to visit. Finding waterfalls, there are so many. Eating at local restaurants. Seeing local live theatre productions.
