Soak in the long days of summer at the River Pool, a unique, rainbow-colored circular floating pool with a netted bottom securely installed in the Hudson River just off the coast of Beacon. Folk icon Pete Seeger and his beloved wife Toshi were founding members of the River Pool, believing that “river stewardship begins with being on, near, and in the river.”

Hours: Tuesday-Friday, beginning July 1, 2026 from noon to 4pm; Saturday and Sunday, noon to 6pm, July-Labor Day, weather and lifeguard availability permitting.
