Biography: We’ve been perfecting our recipes for 20 years as our special holiday gift to friends and family. Ed would bake 1500 cookies in the first two weeks in December. Earning him the nickname "General Baker." The cookies were such a hit friends started ordering boxes as gifts for their friends. Today our cookies are now available to order so anyone can give or enjoy them anytime of year. Crating new combinations and watching others create new food is what motivates me.

Where or what are your favorite things to do in the Hudson Valley?: Eat and walk with my spouse and dog in the many state parks, parks in the area.
