Putnam: Health dept urges residents to get tested after COVID-19 cases increase in Danbury

After an uptick in coronavirus cases in Danbury, Connecticut linked to “related to recent domestic and international travel,” the Putnam County Health Department is advising residents to get tested if they think they have been exposed.

“This is a reminder that although cases are low in Putnam and New York, we still need to remain vigilant,” the health department said. “If you think you may been exposed in Danbury, get tested as soon as possible and stay home until your test results are known.”
