Catskill man calls 911 to report that he killed his friends
On December 12, 2025, just after noon, Connor Provo, a 22-year-old from Catskill, called the Greene County 911 and reported that “he had killed his friends.”
Upon arrival to a property on Forest View Drive in Catskill, police entered a trailer on the property and found Provo deceased from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
New York State Troopers and officers with the Greene County Sherriff’s Office then searched the property and located two adult male victims in a double-wide building deceased from apparent gunshot wounds. he victims were later identified as Clifford Beauchard, age 34, and Justin Acevedo, age 19, both of Catskill.
The incident is being investigated as a murder-suicide. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the New York State Police Catskill Barracks at (845)344-5300.
