About: Highland Farm is a second generation family farm located in Germantown. We specialize in raising game animals such as deer, elk, bison, ostriches and more! Our market offerings include fresh and frozen meats, a wide assortment of smoked products and unique eggs!
The farm was founded by my parents in the mid 1980s, and we were among the brave group of vendors who got together and formed the very first Rhinebeck Farmers Market!
